Event Information
Walk wherever you are on June 6th (or whenever works best for you). All Walk participants who fundraise, regardless of whether you’re located in Prince George, Vanderhoof, or the Fraser Valley, are eligible for top prizes.

About Walk for Life
Walk for Life is an annual, family-friendly event and peer-to-peer fundraiser that supports the work of Advokate Life & Education Services Society.
Walkers commit to walking/running 4K or 8K and invite friends and family to sponsor their walk/run. Fundraising can be done as a team or individually. We recommend creating a fundraising page online to make donating easier for your friends and family. This way, you get your very own unique page link that can be shared via email, social media, and text. You can also use the manual pledge form for in-person donations such as cash or cheque.
On event day, all walkers/runners complete the walk/run together and enjoy food, fun, and games. Invite your family and friends out to enjoy the festivities.

We create educated communities where families thrive, and babies’ lives are valued and welcomed. Our vision is to one day see a society where every human life is protected, respected, and valued.
We provide women-centred, hope-focused, and empowerment-oriented support through free and confidential services including counselling, pregnancy tests, recreational ultrasounds, maternity and baby supplies, postpartum support, post-abortion care, community education, and so much more.
All funds raised through Walk for Life go towards supporting the vulnerable women, children, and low-income families we serve.

Walk for Life is one of our most fun events of the year, but it takes a village to pull it off. Whether you have just a few hours to spare or all day, we’d love to welcome you on board the Volunteer Team.

Volunteer opportunities include set-up, registration/walker check-in, t-shirt sales, games, balloons, 4K Walk Leads, 8K Walk leads, takedown, etc. Fill out the form and let us know what areas you’re interested in helping with and we’ll be in touch!
